Just received the hard copy of the book “Conserving Stone Heritage”.

Chapter 3 presents a synopsis of my work on “Laser cleaning on Stonework; Principles, case studies and Future Prospects” which reflects more than 25 years of research and applications.
Vivi Pouli stated that, she is grateful to Francesca Gherardi and Noni Maravelaki for the kind invitation to contribute to this important publication and I do hope our experience, reflected in this book, inspires further work and new collaborations to resolve open cleaning challenges on CH objects and Monuments.
